About me

Having almost 13 years experience as a freelance animator, motion designer and director, I am now looking for new job opportunities.

While doing a lot of commercial work for agencies and animation studios in the past, I have written and directed several short films. Mouse For Sale, my graduation short in Belgium, got picked up by a bunch of international film festivals and received over a dozen of prizes including the coveted VAF Wildcard. Mouse For Sale got aquired by Disney Animation for their YouTube channel.
Mia was my professional directional debut and the short film was produced at Creative Conspiracy, an animation studio based in Gent. The film travelled the globe picking up prizes in Clermont-Ferrand, the Austin Film Festival and Anima Brussels among others. The short also made it to the Academy Oscars longlist selection.
In 2018 I finished my latest short Panta Rhei, a 2D production for a change. The film had its world premiere in the Official Selection of the 2018 Annecy Animation Film Festival.
After working as an in-house animation director for Fabrique Fantastique, a motion design team leader for the German agency 480Hz and an animation direction for the feature film Heidi, I am now looking for new challenges.
